We give you 24-hour phone response, the engineers can remotely login to the equipment to diagnose the issues. If our engineers are needed on site this will be arranged to get to you within 24 hours. All engineers are trained on the equipment and have the knowledge for any maintenance, upgrades on site. Our unique design allows the towers to be replaced in single units and can be shipped within 24 hours if needed.
